My Mummy and Master brought back a packet of Lo Sang, Raw Fish (A traditional Chinese New Year Food Dish) yesterday and I ate some.
They were lifting up their chopsticks high and started to mix a colorful mixture of fruits, pickles, preserves, pears, seaweed, crispies and then poured in sweet preserved lemon juice, added olive oil and of course with raw Salmon fish meat.
Yummy!!!
